Dr. Craig Keener has written a monumental new two-volume work entitled Miracles: The Credibility of the New Testament Accounts. Dr. Michael Brown recently interviewed Dr. Keener on the Line of Fire program regarding this book (podcast available here). Michael Brown has written several volumes in a series called "Answering Jewish Objections to Jesus" – containing some really excellent material on interpretation of messianic prophecies, and responding to various objections which doubtless have wide applications in apologetics beyond just witnessing to Jewish people. It's lamentable that work of this caliber is so hard to find. I only happened upon this guy after typing "Ancient Rabbinic Christology" into YouTube and arbitrarily clicking on one of his videos – and I was stunned by the intellectual rigor on display.
