Article: Archaeological dig in Turkey uncovers massive underground city

This is less an article, and more of just a “WOW!” press release. An underground city has been excavated in Turkey, and it looks to be the largest underground city ever discovered. It appears like it was a hideout for persecuted Christians under the thumb of Rome.

It is an area where we estimate
that at least 60-70,000
people lived underground.
