I am not sure that this is a good response to secularism. Would you also say that Christianity lives off of the "inherited capital of Hellenism and Judaism"? If Christianity can emerge from Hellenism and Judaism then why couldn't a secularist argue that secularism is a further emergence out of Hellenism, Judaism and Christianity?

Seems like Professor Sehon may have overlooked the basis of the society in which he was born and its part in shaping of his moral sense. Could it be that his "innate moral sense" is actually him living off what John Warwick Montgomery calls the "inherited capital of Christianity"?
