Hi Brian,
You mentioned that Blomberg has a book or two focusing on eschatology. Do you have a specific one in mind? This is always a tricky subject to find good information on.

Awesome Brian! Every apologist worth their salt needs to read the works of contemporary Biblical scholars. We can get too focused on philosophical issues and ignore the importance of Biblical Theological foundations. Not to mention we impoverish ourselves if we ignore excellent New Testament scholars like Bloomberg, NT Wright, Richard Bauckham or Ben Witherington. I love listening to Bill Craig, for example, and I think he articulates his points of view very well, but he is not the best exegete of the Bible so I read others for that. An apologist is only a good as the content he or she defends.
