Apologist Interview: Douglas Jacoby

Today’s interview is with apologist Douglas Jacoby. He talks about his background and ministry, the importance of apologetics and training, being widely read, common objections to the Bible, building a case for Bible reliability, archaeology evidence and the Bible, touring the Holy Land, where the Bible gets its authority, knowing through experience, objections based in the disagreement amongst Christians, the benefit of formal debates, his debate with Robert M.     One of the biggest obstacles facing arguments from contingency is the fact that their opponents argue that a necessary being is not needed for explaining a series of contingent beings. They state that contingent entity A can be sufficiently explained by contingent entity B, which can be explained sufficiently by C which is explained by D, onwards to infinity.
